Compass English Academy Policy
料金について（Fees）
- 表示料金は年間べ－スで計算された一ヶ月あたりの料金です。（Fees are calculated on a yearly basis.）
- 受講生は基本的に一ヶ月で４回のレッスンを受講します。ホリデーがある月は３回もしくは２回の月もあります
が、どの曜日も年間で４４~４５レッスン受講することになります。(Each student will receive basically 4
lessons per month, but during some months when there are school holidays, you may only have 2
or 3 lessons. However, over the period of a year, you will receive 44~45 lessons based on our
schedule)
- 料金は３ヶ月毎に前払いにてお納めいただきます。（Fees should be paid every 3 months）
- 入学金は初回のみのお納めいただきます。（Entry fee is only paid once）
- 受講生の都合による各料金のご返金はいたしかねます。（Once paid, fees are non-refundable）
- 料金はご請求書に記載された期日までに現金もしくは銀行振り込み（手数料はご負担ください。）にてお納めくだ
さい。（Fees are due on the date indicated on the invoice. Please pay on time. Bank transfer fees are
the customer’s responsibility）
- 銀行振り込みの際には必ず受講生名を記載してください。（If paying by furikomi, please include your name
with the transfer.）
教材について（Text Books, Workbooks, CDs）
- 各教材は入学金、受講料、教材費のお支払い確認後にご用意いたします。（Compass will order your
classroom materials once you enroll）
- 各教材費（年間約￥２６００～約￥８８００）は受講生の負担となります。（Students should pay for their
own materials）
- 各テキスト終了後新しい教材は自動的にご用意いたします。（Compass will automatically order your new
materials when you finish each textbook）
- 新しい教材費用は別途ご請求書を発行いたします。Compass will issue invoices to each student for their
materials
持ち物について（What to bring to your lesson）
幼稚園児、小学生クラス (Kindergarten and Elementary)
- 鉛筆、消しゴム、色鉛筆（１２色程度）（Pencil, eraser, coloured pencils）
その他のクラス (Jnr High School, High School, Adult, Senior, Private)
- 筆記用具、ノート、英和辞典（pen, notebook, English-Japanese dictionary）
スクールホリデーについて（School Holidays）
- 休校日は別紙の年間スケジュールでご確認ください。（It is the student’s responsibility to check the
school’s calendar for open/closed days）
休校について（School Closure）
- 天候等（台風、地震、大雪）によりクラス開催が困難な場合は当校よりご連絡いたします。If, for any reason
(eg. Heavy snowfall, typhoon, earthquake etc) the school will be closed, Compass staff will contact all
students by telephone or email.
- 天災による休校の場合の返金はいたしかねます。There are no refunds for school closure due to natural
disaster reasons
- その他の理由による休校の場合は別途クラス開催日を設定いたします。If the school is closed for any other
reason besides this, compensation in the form of make-up lessons will be offered.
ご欠席について（Absence）
- グループレッスンにつきましては振り替えレッスンはございません。
- プライベートレッスンのご欠席は前日午後6時（前日が休校日の場合は最後の開校日の午後6時）までにご連絡を頂
いたレッスンに限りご希望の日時をご相談の上振り替えレッスンを無期限にてご用意させていただきます。
受講終了（Withdrawal）
- 受講の終了をご希望される場合には最終受講日を記載した書面にてお知らせください。If you wish to withdraw
from Compass English Academy, please let our staff know in writing. Include the date of your last
lesson.
個人情報のお取り扱いについて（Privacy Policy）
- コンパスイングリッシュアカデミー（以下当校）ではお預かりする受講生の情報は当校のサービスの提供、案内を
行うためのみに利用させていただきます。（Compass English Academy will never use our customer’s
private information for purposes other than those associated with our school）
- 当校ではご提供いただいた情報に対し紛失、漏洩等の防止に努めます。(We will take every possible
precaution to keep your personal details safe and secure)
- 当校ではご提供いただいた情報につきましてご同意をいただいた場合や正当な理由のある場合、または法令により
提供を求められた場合を除き第三者に公開、提供することはありません。(We will never disclose your
personal information to a third party, unless we receive permission from you, or if we are required by
Japanese law to disclose the information)
